Description

The University Apartment project is located on a challenging triangular site in the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The shape of the site drove unique unit forms, oppourtunites for multi frontage retail, and dramatic private and shared outdoor spaces.

There were a number of challenges encountered during the construction phase of this project but cooperation between the design and construction team ensured efficient resolution of these conflicts.
