This single family home located in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle was designed for a couple looking for a home their family could grow into that would also be able to support multi generational living.

Views of the Olympic Peninsula and Boeing field drove the height of the project and helped to create more openness on the ground level. The clients interest in entertaining drove the design of a large game & entertainment room with an expansive second floor semi covered outdoor space.
