Description

Union Apartments is located in the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle in a prominent location surrounded by both older converted masonry buildings as well as a few more contemporary projects.

The exterior of the building was detailed in a way that respected the historical context through materiality, scale, and texture, all while utilizing contemporary building techniques. The ground level will feature expansive retail and restaurant space to mesh in with the surrounding context of breweries and retail. Currently under construction
