what’s in a name?

Our company is named after the street of our favorite apartment in Chicago. It was more than just a place to live, it was a home in all of its multifaceted definitions. We were proud of the place, were able to work, create, and entertain there comfortably, and we didn’t have to break the bank to make rent. We made connections and lifelong friends with our neighbors in the shared, individually curated outdoor spaces and truly felt like our small apartment was part of a larger community.

Argyle Street Partners was founded to help create spaces like these that provide affordable, functional, right-sized spaces that people can be proud to live and work in.
