Description
Escalating home costs and an interest in supporting higher density neighborhoods has led many homeowners to consider alternative methods to offset their housing costs and /or provide private space for their guests, children, etc.
A detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) is an option for homeowners with the right sized lot who want to create that space without largely disrupting their day to day living or changing the character of their existing residence. These structures can embody any number of styles to fit in with the context of your home.
